What you'll do

In your role as Director of Security Operations, you will lead the security efforts across Simpplr's infrastructure, product, and AI systems — your responsibilities will include managing and triaging vulnerabilities, supporting security incident response, and overseeing threat intelligence workflows. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that security is integrated into the development lifecycle from the outset.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures that align with industry best practices — your leadership will guide the team in conducting regular security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement. You will also play a key role in incident response planning and execution, ensuring that the organization is prepared to handle security incidents effectively.

Your collaboration with DevOps teams will be crucial in establishing secure CI/CD pipelines and automating security testing processes — you will advocate for security as a shared responsibility across teams, promoting a culture of security awareness and compliance. Additionally, you will stay informed about the latest security trends and threats, adapting strategies to address new challenges as they arise.
