You have at least 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment, adept at handling core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management. Your ability to travel up to 10% of the time is essential for this role. You have experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion, applying program management theory to solve complex operational issues. Supporting large Engineering or Product Management teams is part of your expertise, and you excel at collaborating with various functions while maintaining complete confidentiality on all business matters. You are quick to learn new tools and have a keen interest in using technology to improve work efficiency and scale team impact.
