Who you are

You have a proven track record in account-based marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Your strategic thinking is complemented by hands-on execution skills, allowing you to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted initiatives. You excel at building relationships with sales teams, understanding account priorities, and translating them into effective marketing programs. Your analytical capabilities enable you to analyze customer data and market trends, informing your campaign strategies and optimizations. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring operational excellence through standardized processes and best practices. You thrive in a collaborative environment, influencing cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and execute territory-specific account-based marketing campaigns that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact. You will build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform your campaign strategy and optimization. You will create and implement multi-channel programs, including events, digital, and direct marketing, to deliver personalized customer experiences. Additionally, you will partner with regional marketing teams to ensure that ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts. You will track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches while managing program budgets effectively.
