You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in workforce management or data governance. You understand the complexities of managing teams and projects that require alignment between technical and operational needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and have a strong focus on driving operational efficiency through data standardization and governance. You thrive in environments where you can lead initiatives that have a significant impact on organizational performance. You are comfortable navigating complex data issues and have a proven track record of resolving them efficiently.
Experience in a global organization is a plus, as is familiarity with data management tools and methodologies. In this role, you will be the single point of accountability for driving data governance and metric standardization across the organization. You will manage a team that acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that priorities are aligned with WFM requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the data issue management workflow, working closely with the A&I team to resolve data issues, and maintaining global standards for WFM metrics. You will also be responsible for consolidating demands from various stakeholders and ensuring that engineering efforts are focused on core business goals. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing and enforcing definitions for all WFM foundational data, which will directly impact strategic decision-making across the organization.
