As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory receiving and ensure that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation according to HACCP and food-handling processes. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, completing all cleaning and organization tasks as assigned by management. You will actively engage with customers through the app, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to a positive customer experience.
