Hightouch is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to identify and source candidates for engineering roles. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to enhance the recruiting process. This position requires strong communication skills and a data-informed approach.
You have a strong background in technical recruiting, particularly in sourcing candidates for engineering roles. You understand the nuances of what makes a great engineer and can effectively communicate this to potential candidates. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to engage candidates through compelling messaging that resonates with them. You are data-informed, utilizing metrics to guide your sourcing strategies and improve the recruiting process. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of the roles you are sourcing for. You are motivated and persistent, always striving to meet the hiring goals set for your team.
Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and cloud data technologies. A growth mindset and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates for various engineering positions at Hightouch. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop a sourcing strategy that aligns with those needs. Your ability to map candidate profiles accurately to job requirements will be crucial in building a strong talent pipeline. You will engage with candidates through various channels, crafting messages that highlight the unique opportunities at Hightouch. As you source candidates, you will track and analyze metrics to ensure your efforts are effective and to identify areas for improvement. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Hightouch's values and culture.
Hightouch offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $180,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. In addition to salary, we provide meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
