Samsara is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support and advise customers on their fleet operations. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams. This role requires fluency in German and a strong understanding of customer needs.
You have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers and have a knack for identifying their unique challenges. Your fluency in German allows you to communicate effectively with clients in the region, ensuring they receive the best support possible. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of customer relationships post-implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will contribute to the overall strategy for customer engagement and retention, helping to shape the future of Samsara's customer experience.
