Amazon Japan, striving to be "Earth's most customer-centric company," has relentlessly focused on enhancing customer convenience throughout its rapid growth. We are currently seeking Sr. Process Engineer for our External Fulfillment (EF) division, which plays a vital role in supporting our service. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing processes at our fulfillment centers. The role focuses on maximizing safety, quality, and productivity through continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives. This is an impactful position offering direct involvement in shaping Amazon's innovative services.

About the team
EFは外部の物流パートナー（3PL）の協力のもと、自社の物流センターにはない商材の取り扱いや急激な需要の変化にスピーディーに対応することで、セレクションの拡大とお客様の購買体験の向上に貢献しています。近年では、新しいシステムや管理基準の導入を進めており、更なる生産性と品質の向上を実現しています。- 複数のステークホルダーとプロジェクトをリードした経験（5年以上）
- 自らチームメンバーを率いてプロジェクトを完遂した経験
- データとKPIに基づいて改善活動を推進してきた経験
- 英語または日本語でビジネスドキュメントの作成、会議運営が出来る力
- 5+ years of experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects while leading team members
- Experience driving improvements based on data analysis and KPI metrics
- Ability to create business documents and conduct meetings in English or Japanese- 生産技術、IE (Industrial Engineering)、BPR (Business Process Re-engineering)、コンサルなどでの業務経験
- キャパシティマップ、Value Stream Mapなどを用いて工程計画を行った経験
- Microsoft Wordを用いた提案書、報告書作成の経験
- 論理的思考と明確なコミュニケーションスキル
- 日本語で意思疎通ができる能力
- Experience in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering (IE), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), or consulting
- Experience in process planning using capacity maps and value stream mapping
- Proficiency in creating proposals and reports using Microsoft Word
- Strong logical thinking and clear communication skills
- Entry-level Japanese communication skill
