What you'll do

As the Reconditioning Manager at Carvana, you will oversee the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all vehicles undergo a thorough reconditioning process. You will lead a team of at least five leads and up to 70 associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high engagement. Your responsibilities will include mentoring your team, setting performance objectives, and ensuring that production and quality targets are met. You will implement best practices in lean manufacturing to optimize processes and reduce waste. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless workflow and maintain high standards of vehicle quality. You will be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to your team to support their professional development. Your role will also involve analyzing operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
