Google is seeking a Senior Recruiter to focus on executive-level technical talent acquisition. You'll partner with executive leaders to identify and cultivate top engineering talent. This role requires 5+ years of experience in executive search and client management.
You have 5 years of experience in executive-level technical talent search, either in an executive search firm or an in-house executive search function. Your background includes at least 3 years of experience in client management, showcasing your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners. You are adept at recruiting executive-level engineering talent from top industry players, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technical landscape and the specific needs of your organization.
Your experience running full life-cycle executive searches, often leveraging research partners, has equipped you with the skills necessary to navigate complex hiring processes. You are comfortable collaborating with hiring partners to deliver effective hiring outcomes, ensuring that the candidates you present are not only qualified but also a cultural fit for the organization. Your negotiation skills are sharp, particularly when it comes to executive compensation, allowing you to advocate effectively for both candidates and the company.
As an Executive Recruiter, you are passionate about telling the story of Google to the world. You cultivate relationships and engage in thoughtful conversations with candidates, ensuring they are well-informed and excited about the opportunities available at Google. Your investigative mind and curiosity drive you to understand the talent needs of the business, making you an invaluable adviser to the extraordinary people you find and guide through the hiring process.
You excel at building relationships for the future, connecting with passive applicants and talent who may not be actively seeking new opportunities but are open to the right role. Your contributions to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment systems, services, and processes are highly valued.
Experience with executive compensation negotiations is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in technical talent acquisition. You are encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as your unique perspective and skills may bring valuable insights to the team.
In this role, you will focus on identifying and cultivating technical leadership talent who will help build, deliver, and drive Google's technologies and services. You will partner closely with executive leaders on high-profile technical hires, providing domain and market insights to inform their decisions. Your ability to advise executives on talent needs will be crucial in shaping the future of the organization.
You will utilize various tools and resources to source candidates, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool. Your role will involve engaging with candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach to final negotiations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all involved.
As you build relationships with passive applicants, you will contribute to a talent pipeline that supports the company's long-term goals. Your insights into market trends and talent availability will help inform recruitment strategies and improve overall hiring outcomes.
You will also play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of recruitment processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. Your contributions will help shape the future of Google's talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that the company continues to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
At Google, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that is dedicated to finding the best talent in the industry. We offer a collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized. You will have access to a wealth of resources and tools to support your recruitment efforts, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
We believe in fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity, and we encourage you to bring your unique perspective to the team. Our commitment to continuous improvement means that you will have the chance to make a real impact on our recruitment processes and strategies.
