About the Opportunity

Data is at the heart of decisions at Bitvavo. We are expanding our Product & Marketing Analytics team at Bitvavo and therefore we are looking for a Web & App Analyst to join our team.

As a Web & App Analyst you will be responsible for designing and implementing web and app tracking solutions that drive data-informed decisions across the organization. You will collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, developers, and analysts to ensure accurate data collection and actionable insights. Your analyses and proposals directly impact product optimisation and company growth strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Web and App tracking implementation: design and execute detailed tracking plans for web and app using tools like Google Tag Manager, Firebase and Google Analytics. Provide clear implementation guidance to developers.
• Cross-channel attribution: establish cross-channel attribution (mobile and web) using tools like Appsflyer or Adjust, and explore opportunities for additional Product Analytics tooling (e.g. Heap, Amplitude)
• Dashboard & insights automation: through BI tools like Looker, continuously monitor and optimize the tracking setup and improve user experience
• Stakeholder collaboration: guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders in how to implement the various tracking solutions and interpret the generated data to drive business decisions 
• Research and reporting: stay on top of industry trends, developments in the digital landscape, and be able to report on your findings to different stakeholders via dashboards and presentations
• Cross-functional alignment: be the connective link between marketers, product managers, analysts and developers to align on activities related to your role

What We Look For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in Web and App tracking implementation, and hands-on experience with relevant tooling
• Good understanding of front-end and mobile development concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (preferably able to write SQL code)
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset, ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
• Ability to identify gaps and opportunities and provide recommendations proactively
• Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, impactful way
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced industry and company that grows rapidly
• Interest in the consumer trading and crypto space
