As a Central Operations Associate you will play a critical role within Workforce Staffing Centralized Operations (WFS CO) to help candidates move through the hiring process. The ideal person will be an organizational expert, possess great communication skills and have the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage job assignment on a day-to-day basis, monitoring performance on job or queue adherence, volume, and quality
• Ensure productivity is maximized through training activities, upskilling sessions and active participation in workshops
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard
• Ensure that you remain customer obsessed
• Identify and help implement process-related improvement
Excellent English skills in both speaking and writing
Knowledge of all MS Office tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree
German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish language skills are a plus
Experience in customer service, or multi-location HR support
Ability to analyze data,
Driving a positive team environment and collaboration
Flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile
