Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 10 years of experience in program management. Your background includes 7 years in leadership roles, where you've successfully managed teams with or without direct reports. You possess extensive experience with dark fiber WAN networking infrastructure and data center WAN networking, particularly in capacity planning. Your role will involve instantiating plans in tools and systems, creating technical project requirements, and developing network design schematics.

You will manage project schedules meticulously, ensuring that all milestones are met and that any potential risks are identified and addressed proactively. Your ability to communicate project risks to key stakeholders will be crucial in maintaining transparency and fostering trust within the team and across departments. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects, leveraging your engineering expertise to guide your team through the entire project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with internal customers to plan requirements and ensure that all engineering-specific programs and teams are aligned with the overall objectives of the organization. You will be expected to dive deep into the technical aspects of projects, providing insights and recommendations that drive successful outcomes.
