As a Renewal Specialist (SMB) at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts. You will coordinate with Customer Success Managers to strategize on renewals and upsells, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and support. Your role will involve conducting research to understand customer health and account status, which will inform your approach to each renewal opportunity. You will provide pricing quotes and work diligently to close renewal deals efficiently. Additionally, you will track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible to your team. You will also participate in team meetings to share insights and collaborate on strategies to improve customer retention rates.
