Overview

BeyondTrust is hiring a Solutions Engineer to play a critical role in the technical aspects of the sales process. You'll leverage your expertise to conduct discovery sessions and product demonstrations. This position requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

You have a strong background in technical sales and a passion for cybersecurity solutions. Your experience allows you to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to customers and stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet client needs. You stay current with industry best practices and methodologies, ensuring that your knowledge is always up-to-date. You are customer-focused, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical capabilities. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to overcome challenges and drive successful business outcomes.

Desirable

Experience with cybersecurity products or SaaS solutions is a plus. Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies will help you excel in this role. A background in engineering or technical support can also be beneficial, as it provides a solid foundation for understanding customer needs and technical requirements.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at BeyondTrust, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-sales process, collaborating with Account Executives to align technical and sales objectives. You will conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how BeyondTrust's solutions can address those needs effectively. Your role will involve delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing the value of our offerings. You will act as a bridge between customer requirements and technical capabilities, ensuring clear communication throughout the sales process. You will stay informed about the latest developments in the security landscape, applying this knowledge to enhance your presentations and solutions. You will also participate in proof-of-concept engagements, helping clients visualize the impact of our solutions on their operations.
