You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in technology-driven environments, with a focus on enhancing user experiences. You thrive in complex systems and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Analytics, and HR. Your experience includes leading product initiatives that drive significant business impact, particularly in talent acquisition or similar domains. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform product decisions. You are a strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term vision, ensuring that products not only meet immediate requirements but also align with broader organizational goals. You are passionate about creating seamless experiences for users and have a deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle. In this role, you will be the end-to-end product owner for a hybrid ecosystem of first-party and third-party tools that support recruiting processes at DoorDash. You will lead initiatives to streamline recruiter workflows, automate headcount approvals, and enhance the connection between hiring plans and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
