DoorDash is seeking a Manager of Business Development to drive enterprise partnerships in the retail sector. You'll leverage your experience in sales and strategic partnerships to shape product strategies and execute high-impact deals. This role requires 6-8 years of relevant experience.
You have 6-8 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or strategic partnerships at the intersection of technology and logistics — you've cultivated relationships with senior executives at leading enterprise retailers and logistics providers. You are comfortable leading end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach to contract close, and you understand the importance of going deep with prospects to identify their biggest challenges. Your established network of logistics and transportation decision-makers trusts you to bring them innovative and best-in-class solutions. You are excited about the opportunity to shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy based on your in-depth product knowledge and market feedback. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to play a critical role in DoorDash’s growth trajectory through high-impact deal execution.
As the Manager of Business Development, you will focus on landing new enterprise accounts that will fuel the growth of DoorDash’s Commerce Platform. You will independently lead end-to-end sales cycles, ensuring that you understand the unique challenges faced by each prospect. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally to design custom solutions that meet the needs of your clients. You will also play a key role in shaping the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, leveraging your insights from market feedback. Your contributions will directly impact DoorDash’s growth, as you execute high-impact deals that establish and grow revenue-generating partnerships. You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Development and work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and success in your initiatives.
