Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Vehicle Intelligence to drive sales of Fixed License Plate Recognition cameras. You'll collaborate with Key Account Leaders to deliver integrated solutions to law enforcement agencies. This role requires expertise in sales strategy and technical knowledge of LPR products.
You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in technology solutions, and a passion for public safety. You understand the complexities of the sales cycle and can navigate through decision-makers in large organizations. Experience in the public safety sector or with law enforcement agencies is a plus. Familiarity with Fixed License Plate Recognition technology or similar products will help you hit the ground running. In this role, you will lead the sales strategy for Axon's Fixed License Plate Recognition cameras, identifying key use cases and crafting tailored solutions for law enforcement agencies. You will act as the technical expert, providing in-depth knowledge of LPR products and implementation logistics to support your sales efforts. Collaborating with Key Account Leaders, you will engage with decision-makers and assist in responding to RFPs, ensuring that Axon's offerings are positioned effectively in the market. Your role will involve driving long-term strategic opportunities and expanding Axon's reach within the public safety sector.
You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will inform your sales approach and help shape future product offerings. You will participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product developments and sales techniques, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
