Nabis is seeking a Central Operations Communications Supervisor to act as the primary liaison between various departments including Warehouse Operations and Customer Experience. This role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between Warehouse Operations, Customer Experience, Account Management, and Brand Communications. You will ensure that all departments are aligned and informed about ongoing projects and initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will include organizing meetings, preparing communication materials, and addressing any operational challenges that arise. You will also play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring that the operations team is responsive to customer needs and feedback. Additionally, you will help develop strategies to improve internal communication processes and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.
