Main Responsibilities: • Create plans for using AI in our operations • Build tools to help our delivery operations work better • Work with tech teams to turn ideas into real solutions • Make project plans and track progress • Look at how things are working and find ways to make them better

What You'll Do Day-to-Day: • Work with different teams to create AI tools that help our operations run better • Lead projects that make our delivery operations more efficient • Help solve problems and make improvements to how we work • Keep track of how well new tools and systems are working • Work with tech teams to build useful solutions- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Good knowledge of AI and machine learning
