Wheely is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the launch of their luxury ride service in New York. You'll focus on operational execution, chauffeur quality, and market adaptation. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution skills.

You are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the service meets the highest expectations.

Desirable

Experience in the transportation or hospitality industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with luxury service standards. You may have a background in project management or team leadership, which will help you in building and scaling the local operations team. What you'll do

As the Operations Manager at Wheely, you will play a pivotal role in launching our service in New York. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that our chauffeurs deliver a five-star experience to every passenger.
