Overview

Affirm is seeking a Client Success Lead to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth. You'll leverage your experience in client management, preferably in the financial technology sector, to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 4-6 years of proven client experience, ideally in the financial technology sector. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients. You are resourceful and flexible, able to navigate changing environments while maintaining a thorough understanding of company products and services.

What you'll do

As a Client Success Lead at Affirm, you will deliver a proactive client management strategy that encourages growth and retention with our merchant partners. You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client value and devise strategies to capitalize on them. Providing prompt and effective support to address client needs and inquiries will be a key part of your role. You will conduct regular performance reviews and gather client feedback to ensure alignment between client goals and internal priorities. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and requests promptly will be essential to your success.
