What you'll do

In this role, you will be accountable for defining, delivering, and continuously improving StarCompliance’s SaaS-based regulatory compliance products. You will lead release planning, refinement, and review sessions to maximize team output and focus on value delivery. Writing clear, detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that align with business outcomes will be a key responsibility. You will maintain a well-refined backlog and proactively prepare upcoming work to support predictable releases.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with engineering, QA, and UX teams to ensure that releases meet all functional, technical, and compliance requirements. Your leadership will help drive a predictable release cadence, ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering high-quality products that meet user needs.

You will also act as a bridge between business strategy and execution, ensuring that the strategic vision translates into actionable backlog priorities. Your ability to maintain transparency and alignment between stakeholders will be crucial for the success of the product.
