IT Apps Developer II - Night Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)

Who you are

You have a strong background in software applications engineering, particularly with Salesforce, and possess deep subject matter expertise in Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes. Your experience includes managing profiles, permissions, roles, and sharing rules to ensure data security for both internal and external users. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate systems effectively.

You are familiar with various SaaS applications such as Salesforce.com, Oracle NetSuite, Workday, and Coupa, and understand their roles in enhancing business value and streamlining processes. Your technical skills enable you to navigate complex integrations and ensure seamless operations across platforms. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Desirable

Experience with additional enterprise applications like Chromeriver, Etrade, Jitterbit, and Allocadia would be a plus. Familiarity with data management and security best practices is also beneficial. You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies as they emerge in the enterprise applications landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide critical support on the Salesforce platform, focusing on key business processes such as Quote-to-Cash and Service Contracts. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that integrations with downstream systems like NetSuite are efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include managing Salesforce objects and ensuring their proper usage within business processes.

You will be tasked with enhancing the functionality of existing applications and identifying opportunities for improvement. This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring that all systems operate smoothly. You will also play a key role in training and supporting users, helping them to leverage the full capabilities of the applications at their disposal.
