What you'll do

In this role, you will gather and analyze compensation data to perform in-depth analyses that support business needs. You will partner closely with People Business Partners, Recruiters, and business leaders to influence and provide guidance on Apple’s compensation programs. Your responsibilities will include assessing and implementing Apple's global compensation programs and participating in the annual compensation planning process. You will play a key role in ensuring that compensation strategies align with Apple's overall business objectives and support employee engagement and retention. You will also be involved in developing and refining compensation policies and practices, ensuring they are competitive and equitable across the organization. Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting compensation data and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compensation programs are effectively communicated and understood throughout the organization.
