What You'll Do:

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our developer-oriented product. 

By Day 30...

• Immerse yourself in the product landscape, understanding our clients' needs, challenges, and expectations.
• Familiarize yourself with the product design process and ongoing projects, conducting thorough reviews to identify areas where your design expertise can add immediate value.
• Work cross-functionally with other product designers to arrive at the best possible design solutions.
• Play an active part in designing at least one customer-facing feature.
• Get acquainted with the Design System and begin implementing design system elements, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product, and contribute towards the product design style guide.

By Day 60...

• You'll collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to grow concepts through design exploration, ideation, and user validation.
• Engage in frequent feedback loops with the development team, iterating on designs based on technical constraints and opportunities.
• Lead comprehensive user research sessions to gather insights into their specific needs and pain points.
• Contribute your insights to the product roadmap discussions, aligning design initiatives with broader business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Assume ownership of specific design projects, working autonomously while aligning closely with stakeholders to drive these initiatives forward.
• Deliver design solutions to stakeholders, defend design decisions, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.

Our ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of technical acumen, UX expertise, and a passion for innovation. Besides the standard and evident skills and knowledge for the role (UI design and UX methodologies, user research and usability testing, Figma, English at a good level, and so on), you should also:

• Have a highly technical mindset that bridges the gap between design and engineering.
• Excel in swiftly grasping intricate technical concepts within complex products.
• Boast an impressive track record working with complex systems within B2B product contexts.
• Be well-acquainted with AI technologies and their transformative potential.
• Live and breathe UX principles, with a solid grasp of methodologies and best practices.
• Understand product requirements and business vision and initiate ideas and concepts to support and consistently evolve them.
• Thrive in an agile work environment, adept at rapidly iterating and validating multiple concepts.
• Possess a knack for understanding and adhering to technical constraints while creatively exploring opportunities to overcome them.
