SoFi is hiring a Senior Analyst for their Treasury Risk Oversight team to manage market, liquidity, and capital risks. This role requires collaboration across Treasury, Finance, and Risk Management to enhance the company's risk management framework.
You have a strong background in risk management, particularly in market risk, liquidity, and capital risks. With experience in financial services, you understand the complexities of balance sheet oversight and governance. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to monitor and assess risk exposures effectively. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with Treasury, Finance, and Risk Management to strengthen the risk management framework. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing controls to mitigate them. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to promoting disciplined oversight of the company's financial health.
In this role, you will perform continuous monitoring of the company's market risk exposures, focusing on Asset Liability Management (ALM) and price risk metrics. You will lead periodic reviews of the ALM Risk Framework, assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of key risk controls. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing risk management strategies that align with the company's objectives.
