What you'll do

As an Operations Supervisor at Amazon, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at one of our operational sites. You will support your Shift/Area Manager in executing the plan for the shift, which includes conducting pre-shift meetings with your team and ensuring that all safety rules and quality processes are followed. You will measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide critical shift information to frontline management.

You will play a key role in supporting and training employees, helping them to deliver great service while supervising their daily tasks. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a safe working environment and increasing workforce engagement. You will collaborate with other departments to find solutions to common operational challenges and support the needs of your team.

Using data analysis, you will identify opportunities to optimize safety, quality, and productivity. Your insights will help drive improvements in processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
