Appian is hiring an Associate Consultant to join their Customer Success team, where you'll build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform. This role combines technology with strategic problem-solving to deliver impactful business solutions.

In your role as an Associate Consultant, you will help build applications that address clients' business needs. This includes everything from conducting kickoff meetings to understand project requirements, to deploying applications that leverage the Appian platform. You will work closely with customers to ensure that the applications you develop align with their business strategies and deliver mission-critical impact. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional applications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing applications post-deployment, ensuring that they continue to meet the evolving needs of the business. As you grow in this role, you will have the opportunity to take on more complex projects and contribute to the overall success of the Customer Success team.
