You possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive risk initiatives across the organization. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess complex risk scenarios and develop actionable plans to mitigate them. You are adept at communicating risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that risk management is understood and prioritized throughout the organization. You have a proven track record of managing enterprise risk functions and are familiar with regulatory requirements and best practices in the industry. You are passionate about fostering a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.

At Box, we offer a competitive salary range of $211,000 to $263,000 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
