We’re searching for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to help accelerate growth by building meaningful partnerships with new merchants. You’ll play a key role in expanding our partner network, supporting early success, and driving commercial impact across the organization.

## **What You’ll Do**
- Identify and engage prospective merchant partners, helping them see the value of joining our platform
- Own the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to negotiation and signing
- Manage and prioritize a healthy pipeline to consistently achieve weekly and monthly goals
- Guide new partners through onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful start
- Spot commercial opportunities that drive early performance and unlock growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Operations, Marketing, and Support to remove barriers and scale accounts efficiently
## **What You’ll Need**
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial account management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor value propositions to different audiences
- Proven experience managing a pipeline, prioritizing leads, and delivering results
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in an agile, fast-paced setting
## **Bonus Points**
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or other marketplace-driven industries
- A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A data-driven mindset to uncover opportunities and support strategic decision-making
