Desirable

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Clinical at Oscar, you will lead the Case Management team, driving clinical performance and ensuring that departmental objectives are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and implement initiatives that enhance the quality of care provided to members. Your role will involve direct leadership of both leaders and front-line staff, guiding them in their professional development and ensuring that they have the resources needed to succeed.

You will review and maintain policies and procedures that define the completion of all department functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you leverage performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement processes that drive efficiency.

In this role, you will report to the Associate Director, Clinical, and will be expected to participate in team meetings and events, particularly on required in-office days. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the department, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the organization's mission and values.

What we offer

Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $119,200 - $156,450 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in an unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
