What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the deliverability function, ensuring that your team meets performance targets and delivers high-quality services to clients. You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to your team members as they execute their responsibilities. Your focus will be on developing the capabilities of your team, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.

You will collaborate closely with the Global Head of Professional Services to align team objectives with business goals. This includes participating in strategic planning sessions and contributing to the development of initiatives that drive operational excellence. You will also be involved in performance management processes, conducting regular check-ins and formal reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in deliverability, ensuring that your team is equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members.
