Directive Consulting is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive performance marketing for B2B clients. You'll leverage your expertise in SEO, Paid Media, and CRO to optimize campaigns and exceed client targets. This role is fully remote within Canada.
You are an experienced Demand Generation Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly within the SaaS sector. You have a proven track record of crafting data-driven strategies that fuel demand and optimize campaigns. Your expertise spans across Paid Media, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), allowing you to effectively manage and execute marketing initiatives that drive results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about performance metrics, always seeking to exceed client expectations. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to interface with customers and pitch strategies confidently. You are a T-Shaped Marketer, meaning you have deep expertise in specific areas while also being knowledgeable across various marketing disciplines. You take pride in owning the success of your client portfolio and are motivated by the impact of your work.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of no more than seven accounts, directly responsible for their performance marketing. You will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs, focusing on achieving their SQL targets. You will analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize results. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives. You will also be responsible for pitching new strategies to clients, ensuring they understand the value of your recommendations. As you work closely with clients, you will build strong relationships, providing them with insights and updates on their campaign performance. You will stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously refining your approach to demand generation. Your success will be measured by the results you deliver for your clients, making your role critical to the agency's growth.
