You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing. Your background includes developing and pitching solutions through various channels, such as telephone, email, and in-person meetings, to prospective customers. You are fluent in both Japanese and English, enabling you to effectively engage with external and internal stakeholders in Japan. You have experience in media across various platforms, including TV, radio, print, and sponsorship, and you excel at managing multiple accounts simultaneously while paying attention to detail. Your experience in sales within technology, advertising, media sales, or internet environments has equipped you with the skills necessary to thrive in this role. You are knowledgeable about Google Ads and YouTube account management, particularly in managing advertising or media campaigns. You possess excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills, allowing you to adapt and grow in a fluid environment.
In this role, you will drive customer outreach, business pitches, solution implementation, and performance evaluation. You will engage with customers to build trusted relationships, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions that help achieve their most ambitious goals. You will partner with the internal account manager team to pitch and accelerate business growth, ensuring that you deliver an outstanding customer business experience. Your responsibilities will include managing advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to maximize customer success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing solutions that align with customer objectives.
