What you'll do

As the Lead Technician, you will oversee the satellite production team, ensuring that daily production targets are met through effective mechanical integration and test execution. You will assist in developing production processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance reliability and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include building small electrical sub-assemblies and performing mechanical and electrical assembly of satellite components and subassemblies. You will also integrate final vehicle assemblies, ensuring that all components meet stringent quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and enhance overall productivity.
