Overview

Google is seeking an Account Executive for Mid-Market Sales to drive client success through effective sales techniques and digital marketing strategies. You'll leverage your experience in advertising and consultative sales to manage client portfolios in Dublin.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT. Alternatively, you may have 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. Your background includes assessing and achieving client success through effective sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling. You possess experience in thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space, and you are adept at managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing. Your knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics is robust, and you have the ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. You are skilled at owning a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in the United Kingdom, consistently overachieving quotas to drive growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives. You will establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment. You will pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets. Your responsibilities will include uncovering business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve ambitious goals. You will collaborate with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a real impact on multi-quarter plans for achievement. You will bring a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change. You will find innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and your customers.
