Your experience includes identifying and onboarding new accounts, ensuring that you can effectively drive growth for both the channel partners and Amazon. You are self-driven and possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to train and coach teams on Amazon processes and operational standards. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with field visits to maintain relationships with retail partners.
You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are adept at maintaining and publishing performance reports. Your strategic mindset enables you to build and execute account plans that align with business objectives. Experience in the e-commerce or logistics sector is a plus, as is familiarity with performance management systems.
