Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing operations, particularly in lifecycle marketing, with experience in developing and executing email campaigns. You are skilled in using marketing automation tools like Marketo and Iterable, and you understand how to measure and optimize campaign performance. Your ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including Integrated Marketing, Product, and Customer Marketing, allows you to create impactful communications that resonate with diverse audiences. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

Desirable

Experience in the venture capital or private equity sectors is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique needs of Carta's clients. Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies and analytics tools will enhance your ability to make informed decisions and drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, measuring, and optimizing communications to Carta’s prospects, partners, and customers. You will collaborate closely with Integrated Marketing, Product, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure that messaging aligns with overall business objectives. Your day-to-day tasks will include executing email campaigns in Marketo and Iterable, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing initiatives that can enhance customer engagement and retention.
