Seven Starling is seeking a Part-time Therapist to provide women's behavioral health services. You'll work with a clinical team to deliver high-quality care, focusing on maternal mental health. This role requires independent licensure and a passion for supporting women's mental health.

Who you are

You are a fully independently licensed therapist with a strong interest in women's behavioral health, particularly in maternal mental health. You have experience in providing therapy and are motivated by the impact you can have on your patients' lives. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to work with a pioneering company in the field of women's mental health. You are currently located in Texas and are looking for a part-time role that allows you to contribute to a meaningful cause.

Desirable

Experience in virtual therapy settings is a plus, as is familiarity with holistic clinical models that combine therapy, peer support, and medication management. You are adaptable and open to working with diverse patient populations, understanding the unique challenges women face during reproductive life stages.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership team to deliver high-quality care experiences to patients. You will conduct therapy sessions, providing support for common mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
