Overview

ESO is seeking an Executive Director of Sales to lead efforts in securing corporate-level contracts with top health systems. This senior-level role requires strategic relationship management and collaboration with regional sales teams.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record of securing and managing enterprise-level contracts, particularly in the healthcare sector. Your experience includes establishing and nurturing executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at health systems, positioning your organization as a trusted partner. You possess an analytical and strategic mindset, enabling you to translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree in business or healthcare administration preferred. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with regional Account Executives and internal departments to achieve comprehensive sales strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be pivotal in driving strategic relationships with the top 50 health systems across the nation. You will lead corporate-level contract negotiations, ensuring that ESO secures enterprise-level agreements with target accounts. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic account plans that ensure long-term success and account growth. You will stay informed on healthcare trends and the competitive landscape, tailoring ESO's value proposition to meet customer needs. Internal collaboration will be key, as you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on account strategies and deliverables. Achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets will be a primary focus, as you drive strategic account acquisition and expansion.
