Twilio is hiring a Senior Investigator to lead complex employee and compliance investigations. You'll focus on discrimination, harassment, and Code of Conduct cases in the NAMER region. This role requires a strong background in People investigations.
You have a strong background in conducting employee investigations, particularly in areas such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you are adept at navigating complex compliance issues and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You understand the importance of maintaining a fair and transparent process, ensuring that all investigations are thorough and prompt. Your ability to conduct investigative interviews and background research is complemented by your strong writing skills, allowing you to deliver high-quality reports that clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
Experience in a legal or compliance environment is a plus, as is familiarity with employment law in the NAMER region. You are comfortable working with legal teams and have a keen understanding of the Code of Conduct and related policies. Your analytical skills enable you to assess situations critically and make informed decisions based on the evidence gathered during investigations.
In this role, you will lead investigations into employee complaints and compliance issues, ensuring that all cases are handled with the utmost professionalism and integrity. You will collaborate closely with Employment Legal, People, and Employee Relations teams to gather information and insights necessary for each investigation. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, analyzing evidence, and preparing detailed reports that summarize your findings and suggest appropriate actions. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings to stakeholders and providing guidance on next steps based on your investigations.
You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of accountability and transparency within Twilio, helping to ensure that all employees feel safe and supported in their work environment.
