What you'll do

As the Director of Learning & Development and Quality Assurance, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality assurance processes for data annotation projects. You will collaborate with senior management, engineering, and data science teams to ensure that training programs and QA protocols are effectively implemented. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing learning strategies that enhance team performance and quality output. You will coach and mentor team leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will also be responsible for aligning training initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring that best practices are followed across all teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving quality assurance efforts and ensuring that the AIML team delivers exceptional results.
