Chronograph is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive client acquisition in the private equity sector. You'll work closely with stakeholders to expand the sales function in New York. This role requires expertise in enterprise sales and client development.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the private equity or financial services sectors — your experience has equipped you with the skills to engage with high-level stakeholders and understand their unique needs. You are detail-oriented and driven, with a passion for technology and its application in private capital markets. Your ability to negotiate and close deals is complemented by your strategic thinking and creativity in developing go-to-market strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are ambitious and eager to contribute to a rapidly growing company that is backed by industry leaders.
Experience in private equity or venture capital is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based analytics and data management solutions. You are comfortable with lead generation and have a knack for designing and executing proof of concepts that resonate with potential clients. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding our client development efforts in the New York office. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Chronograph's technology can enhance their investment performance. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, managing the evaluation process, and overseeing proof of concept design and execution. You will negotiate contracts and close deals, working closely with the Global Head of Sales to align your efforts with the broader sales strategy. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
Chronograph offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $300,000, depending on experience and expertise. In addition to base pay, you will receive benefits, commission, and equity participation as part of your total compensation package. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to innovation and excellence in the private capital markets. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
