You have over 4 years of experience in marketing, operations, strategy, or finance, ideally within fast-growing or consumer-focused businesses. Your strong analytical skills enable you to leverage data effectively to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance. You are fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your experience in executing consumer growth campaigns has equipped you with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. You understand the importance of user acquisition, engagement, and retention, and you are passionate about driving growth initiatives.
In this role, you will execute consumer growth campaigns across the full lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will manage day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring timelines are met and goals are tracked effectively. Your analytical mindset will be crucial as you monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations based on performance data.
Collaboration is key in this position. You will coordinate with various teams, including Marketing, Operations, Sales, Strategy & Planning, and Legal, to ensure smooth campaign delivery and strategic alignment. Your ability to communicate clearly across functions will drive execution excellence and foster a collaborative environment.
You will support the development of consumer growth strategies in partnership with Marketing and Operations, translating data insights into actionable recommendations. Your role will involve aligning stakeholders to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and that all teams are working towards common goals.
