You will be expected to maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on people initiatives and gathering feedback to refine processes. Additionally, you will support the onboarding and development of new employees, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed. Your role will also involve quarterly travel to the Bay Area to collaborate with stakeholders and support key initiatives, further enhancing your understanding of the company's operations and culture.
