You have a strong background in program management, with at least 2 years of experience in consulting or a related field. You thrive on owning expansive and complex topics, teasing out the highest-impact work to tackle, and executing against multiple workstreams in parallel to hit your objectives. Your ability to present with confidence to senior stakeholders in a succinct and clear way sets you apart. You possess strong data analysis skills, confidently analyzing spreadsheets and navigating large datasets to tell compelling stories. You are eager to learn and open to receiving feedback, which helps you grow in your role.

Desirable

An MBA is preferred, and prior experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams will give you an edge in this role. You are someone who enjoys working on high-impact projects on a global scale and advocating for users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead complex global programs from initial scoping to execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. You will work closely with various teams, including Operations, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market, to ensure that compliance standards are met in a complex regulatory environment. Your responsibilities will include managing timelines, resources, and deliverables while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for gathering user insights to inform program decisions and drive improvements.

You will be expected to analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform program direction and decision-making. Your role will involve presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring that your insights are actionable and aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will also facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure that all teams are working towards common objectives and that any roadblocks are addressed promptly.
