Databricks is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to provide technical expertise in big data analytics and create customized solutions for clients. You'll work with technologies like AWS and Apache Spark to help customers solve complex data challenges.
You have 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering role, ideally within the communications, media, entertainment, or gaming sectors — you've developed a strong understanding of how to leverage data analytics to drive business value. Your expertise in big data technologies, including AWS and Apache Spark, allows you to effectively demonstrate the capabilities of Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform. You excel at building relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with account executives and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Experience with data visualization tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with machine learning concepts. You have a knack for communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner, making it easy for clients to understand the value of the solutions you propose.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the implementation of Databricks' solutions to address their data challenges. You will conduct technical presentations and demonstrations, showcasing how our platform can transform their data into actionable insights.
