BetterUp is seeking a Strategy & Business Operations Associate to join their Office of the CEO. You'll lead strategic projects and enhance the employee experience. This role requires strong project management skills and a keen interest in technology and innovation.
You are a driven individual with a strong interest in technology and innovation, particularly within the Employee Experience ecosystem. You have a proven ability to lead projects from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable impact at every stage. Your experience allows you to manage multiple competing priorities effectively, knowing when to focus on the details and when to step back to see the bigger picture. You have experience in business operations or strategy roles, ideally within a technology-driven company. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will be beneficial, as will any background in employee engagement or organizational development. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the needs of a dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading BetterUp’s top strategic initiatives, working closely with the Office of the CEO.
