Google is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales teams and drive client engagement in the Ukrainian market. You'll leverage your extensive sales experience and knowledge of e-commerce dynamics to develop powerful advertising solutions. This role requires fluency in English and Ukrainian.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies. Your background includes experience in a people management role leading sales teams, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Ukrainian to engage with clients in the region. You have a strong track record of managing relationships with customers or agencies at an executive level, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Your knowledge of e-commerce dynamics and traditional and online marketing strategies and tactics sets you apart. You possess the ability to model sales behaviors, including executive-level engagement, effective questioning, and objection handling, demonstrating a commitment to maximizing customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will establish key relationships cross-functionally, partnering with sales management and other business areas to identify and develop opportunities. You will pitch relevant solutions to Ukrainian customers, aiming to grow their business as well as Google's. You will co-own and continuously develop the execution strategy in close cooperation with executive in-country counterparts. Your responsibilities will include leading your sales team to achieve extraordinary outcomes, building trusted relationships with customers, and uncovering their business needs to translate them into powerful solutions. You will also be expected to self-initiate in a rapidly changing environment, utilizing your effective problem-solving skills to navigate challenges. Your passion for sales and knowledge of online media will be crucial as you shape the future of advertising in the AI era.
